A:Rusutsu Resort offers three types of lodges, with maximum capacities of 6, 18, and 24 guests. Each lodge is divided into several private rooms, such as rooms for 2, 4, or 6 guests. Exclusive-use lodge rates are special prices not listed in Bulletin No. 2; please contact us for details.

A:Accommodation fees should be paid together with the entry fee, as described in “9. Payment” of Bulletin No. 2. The payment deadline is 25 February 2026. Please note that your entry and accommodation will not be valid until full payment has been completed. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your accommodation, depending on availability. Cancellation policies are as follows: On the day/no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee; 3 days before arrival: 80% of the accommodation fee; 14 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee; 21 days before arrival: 20% of the accommodation fee.

A:Supporters’ accommodation reservations can also be arranged by our accommodation team, with special discounted rates. When making reservations for supporters, please submit consolidated requests whenever possible.
